Digital Sewing Patterns

Due to the nature of digital products, all sewing pattern sales are final and non-refundable once files have been downloaded or accessed.
Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exceptions

If you experience an issue with your order, including:

• Corrupted files

• Missing downloads

• Incorrect files

• Technical issues accessing your purchase

please contact Sustainably Gabrielle and we will happily assist in resolving the issue.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or unable to be used as intended, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund where required by law.
