Intellectual Property

All sewing patterns, tutorials, illustrations, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, and digital resources are the intellectual property of Sustainably Gabrielle and are protected by copyright laws. Purchasing a sewing pattern grants you a license for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Copy, redistribute, resell, share, or reproduce pattern files

  • Upload pattern files to file-sharing websites, forums, or groups

  • Claim the designs or content as your own

  • Modify and resell the pattern as a new product

Handmade Garments

All patterns are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or used for sale. You may sew garments using the pattern to gift to family and friends. If you’re a small handmade business and would love to offer garments using our patterns please get in touch — I’d be happy to chat about licensing and pricing options that support both our creative journeys.

Digital Downloads

All sewing patterns are digital products delivered electronically.

It is the customers responsibility to:

  • Enter the correct email address at checkout

  • Download and save purchased files

  • Use compatible software to open PDF files

  • Print sewing patterns at the correct scale settings

Educational & Creative Content

Tutorials, videos, blog posts, newsletters, and educational resources are provided for informational and creative purposes only.
Sewing outcomes may vary depending on experience level, materials, tools, printing settings, and garment adjustments.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website functionality, or use content for unlawful purposes.

Changes to Products & Services

Sustainably Gabrielle reserves the right to update, modify, discontinue, or improve products, pricing, services, and website content at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Sustainably Gabrielle is not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or issues arising from the use of sewing patterns, tutorials, digital products or website content.
